Pastor and Mrs. Cowan

Doug Cowan

Senior Pastor

Pastor Cowan graduated from Hyles–Anderson College in the spring of 2002. Upon graduation Pastor Doug Cowan worked faithfully as an Assistant Pastor at the Bella Vista Baptist Church, of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was there that God called Pastor Cowan to Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Pastor and Mrs. Cowan followed the call of God to Las Cruces, where they have given their lives to minister to the wonderful people of Las Cruces.

Since 2004, Pastor and Mrs. Cowan have been blessed to love the families of Las Cruces. They look forward to the many more great things that God has in store for His people at Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Chris Cowan

Associate Pastor

Bro. Cowan was called to preach in 1998. Remaining dedicated to God’s call on his life he worked diligently to graduate from Bible college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Theology. He was called to the Cornerstone Baptist Church to serve as the Youth Pastor in 2014. Bro. Chris Cowan has a passion for the young people of Las Cruces and has dedicated his life to ministering the Word of God to them.
